THE SOLUTION
J/Brice Design International, Inc. captured first-place honors in Lodging Hospitality magazine's 2004 Annual Design Competition for creating the interiors of the Westminster Hotel in Livingston, New Jersey. Winning in the Upscale Hotel category, J/Brice managed the $25 million gut rehab of Kushner's Westminster Hospitality Group that opened in 2003.

Residential feel with pizzazz
An eclectic collection of books, including children's selections, are distributed throughout the public space to reinforce a residential feeling.

The exclusive Westminster Club, with an indoor pool, spa and fitness room has been completed to an even higher level of design, finish and fixture standards.
