DESIGN CHALLENGE
Work with Mutual's Cornerstones Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT) to create guestrooms at an upscale resort hotel in Florida. The property had to appeal to upscale couples and families and withstand the rigors of an 85 percent occupancy rate.
