THE SOLUTION
The J/Brice team pulled it off - design, gut-rehab, construction and all FF&E for unheard of $125,000 budget.

J/Brice created a magnificent first impression - with heavy double front doors opening to a sweeping view of Cambridge and the Charles River. The foyer is both gathering spot and - with the addition of a taberet and floral centerpiece a focal point.

• The kitchen-bar functions from three sides to maximize convenience and conviviality.

• A dining room with a dual personality - switching from boardroom to fine dining gracefully.
